During my work as a student Graphic Designer for the UW-Whitewater University Center, I created the promotional material for the Disney Pixar Trivia event. This event was located at the "Down Under" stage of the University Center.
The first design to be created was the poster. This design was then transferred into other media formats. These formats included printed Butcher block posters, sandwich board prints, digital signage ( these would appear on monitors across campus), google business images, social media images, printed table tent advertisements, Quarter Sheets (which were cut into four and distributed to students), and finally digital web banners.
Along with the standard media formats, trivia events also required the design to be transferred into other formats such as: Answer sheets, sign-up sheets, coloring pages, and promotional signage for special dining options paired with the event.
