Kapco Wellness Newsletter

To support the launch of Kapco's employee wellness initiative, I designed a monthly wellness newsletter that encouraged employees to build healthier habits both at work and at home. Each edition combined educational wellness articles, company updates, healthy recipes, and upcoming classes and events at the Kacmarcik Center for Human Performance into a cohesive and engaging publication.

The newsletter was distributed digitally through internal email communications and made available as printed copies throughout the facility, ensuring employees could easily access the content in whichever format worked best for them. To support the initiative beyond the newsletter, I also created monthly graphics and promotional materials for the Wellness Committee's Facebook page and Kapco's employee homepage, helping maintain a consistent visual identity across multiple internal communication channels.

Although the initiative was ultimately discontinued for reasons outside of the program itself, the project provided valuable experience in publication design and internal communications. It challenged me to create fresh, engaging layouts each month while maintaining a consistent visual identity and delivering meaningful content to employees.
