Kapco Food Truck Lunch Days

The Kapco Food Truck Lunch Days program is a popular employee benefit designed to provide Kapco staff with diverse lunch options right at their workplace. Each year, the program features a rotating selection of food trucks and incorporates a fresh new design each year that I have been responsible for creating utilizing a mix of hand-drawn assets and assets from Adobe Stock. To enhance the experience, employees receive punch cards and vouchers; with each lunch purchased from a food truck earning them a punch. After collecting five punches, employees are rewarded with a complimentary lunch, generously covered by the company.

The program's appeal is bolstered by comprehensive internal communications, which announce the launch of the initiative each year, alongside weekly updates highlighting the featured food trucks. Digital calendars allow employees to easily view upcoming trucks, while strategically placed digital signage around the building ensures maximum visibility and engagement. This initiative has proven to be an extremely popular and well-received addition to the Kapco employee experience, fostering a sense of community and variety during lunchtime.
