Kapco Blue Card + Kacmarcik Enterprises Community Card

The Kapco Blue Card, initially offered to employees of Kapco Metal Stamping, was a versatile employee benefit that provided access to discounts and deals at local businesses throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Recognizing the value of this program, it was later expanded to include all employees of Kacmarcik Enterprises and rebranded as the KE Community Card. This new iteration transformed the program into a digital experience, supported by an evolving webpage accessible through QR codes featured on physical cards and keychains. This digital platform streamlined the process of adding and removing partner businesses, enhancing the overall user experience and ensuring that employees continue to enjoy a wide range of local benefits.

This project also consisted of internal communications sent out to employees, promoting the program and reminding them of specific deals. Additionally, digital signage was displayed throughout the company on TV screens, complemented by printed items and flyers to maximize visibility and engagement.
