Little Rainbows Play Place

Little Rainbows Play Place was founded with a mission to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where children can safely learn through play while fostering connections within and between families. As the area's future "community within a community," the brand needed to feel fun, approachable, and engaging for both children and parents.

I was contracted to develop a new logo and visual identity that would reflect the playful spirit of the business while remaining highly legible for signage and future applications. Through a collaborative design process, several creative directions were explored before landing on a concept built around interconnected arches inspired by the shape of a rainbow. Rather than relying on a literal rainbow graphic, the final identity incorporates the idea more subtly through custom letterforms and curved shapes that evoke movement, play, and connection.

The result was a completely custom logotype designed specifically for the brand. Its unique typography creates a memorable, family-friendly identity that is both playful and versatile, providing a strong visual foundation for signage, social media, merchandise, and future brand growth.
